Delivery and product returns

TC for shoes has international offices in London, Madrid and Biarritz.

Delivery:

TC for shoes delivers nearly worldwide. For all countries, the cost is between £1.70  and  £2.70.

The delivery cost is indicated when making order. 


 Refer to the general conditions of sale. The Company will send your orders within 2 working days of validation. It takes then between 8 to 10 days to get your order delivered at home. 

Returns: You got the wrong size. You want to exchange your TC ?

1/ Return your TC order at the following adress:

London WCIV 7JH

2/ Send an email to : exchange@tc-for-shoes.com 

Give your order number  and the new TC (color and sizes) wanted.

3/ Return fees: You will then have to pay £2.70 return fees to get new order. (instructions will be personaly forwarded by email).
